Orders are shipped once a week from Romania and include a tracking number.

 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

 

Shipping within Romania is free via FAN Courier.

 

For international shipping, please contact us via the website contact form or at tudor.voinvovan@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

For orders outside the European Union, prices do not include VAT. Your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the circumstances.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at tudor.voinvovan@gmail.com, including:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and the print

We will resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund where applicable.

 

At this time, we do not offer exchanges, as prints may be damaged during return shipping.
